New Features

∎ Added Incendium - An expansion to the Resource Nether that adds new structures, biomes, and items.

These include but are not limited to:

- Quartz Deltas

- Piglin Villages and Strongholds

- Nether Reactors

- Infernal Altars

- Radioactive Wastelands

∎ Legend ranks now display properly in TAB according to their selected color in /rankcolor.

Bug Fixes and Removals

∎ Voting has been fixed.

∎ Fixed Stone not turning into Cobblestone in a Stonecutter.

∎ Death messages are now properly displayed once again.

∎ All previous Incendium items should work properly if you have them.
